Note this is a follow-up to "A Compact Model for Static and Dynamic Operation of Symmetric Double-Gate Junction FETs" (DOI 10.1109/ESSDERC.2018.8486848, https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8486848) by the same authors, that was awarded the ESSDERC 2018 BEST PAPER AWARD.
